Wychcroft - the Diocesan Retreat and Study Centre - has been booked for a study day on Christian Initiation
Thanksgiving for the Birth of a Child,
Baptism, Communion before Confirmation,
Confirmation
and the nurture of enquirers etc..
This is not be limited to PCC members, all involved with Children's work (0-18) are invited to come and think about this important subject. We shall be joined by Fr John Olliver, RC Parish Priest from Oxted who will talk about the way that this work is carried out by the Roman catholic church, and the special involvement of lay people.
SUNDAY 29th JANUARY
CANDLEMAS - The Presentation of Christ in the Temple - forty days after his birth - brings to a close the celebrations of Christmas with a special service at St Mary's at 9.45am.
In the Evening there will be a Candlemas Celebration in Readings and Music at St Peter & St Paul, Nutfield at 6.30pm
